The photodetachment cross sections were also calculated. It was found that the approach was also applied to calculate the cross sections for photodetachment of dipole-bound electrons from HNC - and HCN -. An adiabatic model, which separates the radial and angular degrees of freedom of the excess electron, was introduced.
