Abstract

Fluorous-FMOC (f-FMOC) reagents bearing C4F9 or C6F13 chains were prepared and the f-FMOC protection for amino acid was conducted. Following peptide coupling, the resulting fluorous dipeptides were separated from the non-fluorous by-products effectively by using fluorous solid phase extraction. © 2006 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
